Garbage Homes

Is a project created by Ingrid Vaca Diez, a bolivian woman who creates homes for poor people. She build the houses with very few founds and she only uses the resources she finds that are plastic bottles.

She makes the houses by filling the plastic bottles with dirt and sand, and she use that bottles as “bricks”.

She has been doing houses since 2006 and now she has built more than 10 houses. 

She likes doing this voluntary job because she helps others that need it and she has become an important person to them. Pricipally she  helps poor people in Bolivia, but recently she has built houses in other parts of the world.

This shows that with very little and cheap things you can help others and even change their lives and their environment.
